Christoph Bärtschi (51) has amassed extensive HR management experience at prominent industrial companies such as Luwa (Zurich), von Roll (Solothurn) and Bosch (Solothurn). Since 2000, he has been serving as Head of HR and a member of the Executive Board at Scintilla AG (Bosch Group), the world's leading manufacturer of innovative power tools. In this role, Christoph Bärtschi was responsible for all operational and strategic aspects of HR management. Since 2005, he has also been responsible for cross-location issues between the various Bosch companies in Switzerland as well as heading up the Robert Bosch AG distribution company.
Christoph Bärtschi is a Swiss national who earned a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich. He then continued his studies in the area of human resources management at the Institute of Applied Psychology of the University of Zurich.
