Lab One Grand Opening Retrospective

Ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the official opening of COMET Group's Lab One.
The working lab and testing facility is now available to leading Silicon Valley businesses, providing access to X-ray, ebeam and RF technologies.  Lab One was created to be a key resource for a variety of testing and inspection services, and a place to collaborate with Comet Group’s industry experts, for consultation, brainstorming and problem solving.

Ajit Manocha, President & CEO of Semi, Craig Arcuri, a Senior Manufacturing Executive and Bill Bader, President & CEO of iNEMI and Dongkai Shangguan, VP for Advanced Microelectronics at Flex, participated in a roundtable discussion led by Trevor Galbraith, Editor-in-Chief, Global SMT & Packaging.  The panel reviewed the future of X-ray testing, potential new applications for plasma and ebeam processes, and how companies can best leverage the technologies and expertise offered in Lab One.
