Kevin Crofton was President and Managing Director of SPTS Technologies from 2006 to 2020. SPST Technologies is the leading provider of wafer processing solutions for the specialty semiconductor device markets that today is part of KLA. Kevin Crofton was also Senior Vice President of KLA.
His career began 1982 in the aerospace sector. In 1994, Kevin Crofton switched to the semiconductor industry, where he held various management and leadership positions at companies like Lam Research Corporation in the USA, Newport Corporation, NEXX Systems and Aviza Technology UK (now SPTS Technologies).
He is very well established in the semiconductor industry: as an author of numerous important technical articles, as Vice Chairman of the SEMI International Board of Directors, winner of awards such as the MEMS Industry CEO of the Year 2013 and Board Chairman of Innovate UK’s Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult.

She began her career at Raytheon Technologies, a major U.S. aerospace and defense contractor, where she held positions of increasing responsibility in various divisions and locations. In 2008, Elisabeth Pataki became CFO for the Paris based NATO Business Line, part of the joint venture between Thales Group and Raytheon. In 2015 she joined EF Education First, a leading provider of educational travel and language training, first as CFO North America before assuming the role of Global Head of Internal Audit at the Zurich headquarters in 2019.

Michael Kammerer has been with the COMET Group as Vacuum Capacitors Head of Supply Chain Management and Production since January 2008 and was appointed to President of PCT (former Vacuum Capacitors) in September 2008. He was previously employed at well-known companies in the metal and automotive industries, most recently for Saia-Burgess AG/Johnson Electric as head of Purchasing and Supplier Quality Assurance.

Stephan Haferl has been working for the Comet Group successfully in various management positions since 2007. His strong track record includes proven performance in business development, innovation, technology, and product management, among other areas.
Before, he held the positions of General Manager at Bartec-Meta Physics SA and Chief Operating Officer at Bartec Bacab SA.
President X-Ray Systems

Dr. Thomas Wenzel has an exceptional knowledge of the relevant x-ray systems markets and applications and 15 years of management experience at the renowned Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits in Erlangen, Germany, at last as Head of Department Process-Integrated Test Systems.
From 2015 to 2018, Thomas Wenzel served as Technology Scout and Senior CT Expert for the Comet Group and played an important role in the further development of the X-ray systems business as interim Head of Research and Development before being appointed President in December 2018.
