Focusing on digital solutions is an essential part of the Comet Group’s and the division IXS’s strategy. It’s about offering services, that go beyond the normal inspection of components, to improve processes and increase yield for customers. ORS data processing capabilities will help IXS to implement their strategy.

Go beyond inspection by using data analytics

By being part of the Comet Group ORS will gain deeper insight in specific processes which IXS is supporting with their systems solutions. ORS' expertise in data analytics will further improve the processing of image data and make new things possible.

With the software dragonfly ORS brings in a proven machine learning capability. The software is already used in over 80 countries for demanding analysis jobs in material sciences, electronics and manufacturing. It can be further developed to meet the needs of Yxlon’s aspired markets.
