Successful implementation of the growth strategy

The strategy has proved effective in the three years since its formulation in 2012, enhancing the strength of the Group's franchisse. Significant progress in all four strategic core thrusts were made - the development of innovative technologies, generation of organic growth, expansion of new businesses and improvement of operating efficiency.

COMET Group's sales grew between 2012 and 2015 to almost CHF 300 million. By the end of 2015, COMET Group had more than 1'050 employees worldwide with more the 200 people working in R&D.
